This past weekend, the 315th FRG held their 1st Rummage Sale supported solely from donations from the soldiers. We had a large turnout of buyers and made a significant amount of money to help us provide for our 315th families. Soldiers assisted in the set up, moving, and selling of items which really helped out the FRG. Aside from buyers purchasing rummage sale items, we also received a lot of gratitude, support, and even monetary donations from the community. A huge thanks to those soldiers who helped and especially those who donated items. We could not imagine the turnout we had and it was only successful due to all of the support and participation of our soldiers and their families.
This same weekend, we also had a small bake goods and root beer floats sale which many of the soldiers were happy to see. The bake sale seems to be one of the more requested events that we do and we are always happy to provide. Thanks again to everyone who participated and we look forward to our next event.
