Welcome to the 315th PSYOP Company Family Readiness Group website!
Welcome to the Family Readiness Group website. We provide family support directly to the 315th Tactical PSYOP Company in Upland, California. The Family Readiness Group (FRG) is an organization of family members, soldiers, volunteers, and other interested individuals who are associated with the unit that are interested in creating a network to support the unit and one another, especially during times of military separation. The 315th FRG is dedicated to providing soldiers and families with information, opportunities, and support in order to maintain fortitude and readiness.
The 315th Tactical PSYOP Company has deployed several times over the years to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kosovo, as well as support missions to Korea and The Philippines, among others. It is important that we build a strong FRG program that will assist the soldiers and their families before, during, and after such deployments.
We are a non-profit organization (IAW USARC Regulation 608-1) that focuses on the well-being and cohesion of the unit, its soldiers, and their families. The Family Readiness Group is maintained by donations and volunteers with 100% of the profits going back to the soldiers and families through education, outreach services, and unit activities that develop family readiness. We are wives, husbands, brothers, sisters, moms, dads, friends, neighbors, volunteers, and soldiers all associated to the 315th PSYOP Unit in some way. Past events that the FRG has contributed to are the annual Dining Out event for the 315th, education services that promote the awareness of benefits and entitlements, providing food, snacks, and assistance during holiday parties, donating canned goods and supplies on behalf of the 315th, and many others.
Please take this time to look through the website and if you are interested in helping out, feel free to contact the FRG via email through the "Contact Us" page. We are always in need of members and volunteers to provide new ideas and assist in any way possible.
